1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the p5666 website, accessible at p5666.cam, including all associated pages, games, tools, and features.
• "Account" refers to a registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an Account on p5666 and is using the Platform's services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 To be eligible to register and use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;

• Not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or agent of p5666, or an immediate family member of any such person;
• Not have previously had an Account on p5666 that was closed by us for breach of these Terms;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law;
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to p5666 under PAGCOR regulations.

3.2 Each Player may register only one Account on p5666. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. p5666 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

3.3 During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if any details change. p5666 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying the accuracy of any information you provide.

3.4 p5666 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

4. Account Verification (KYC)

4.1 In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, p5666 requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request can be processed.

4.2 KYC verification requires you to submit one or more of the following valid Philippine government-issued identity documents:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys)
• Philippine passport
• Driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Social Security System (SSS) ID
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID

4.3 p5666 may additionally request proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months) and proof of payment method (such as a screenshot of your GCash or bank account showing your name and account number).

4.4 p5666 reserves the right to temporarily suspend deposit and withdrawal functions on your Account while KYC verification is pending or if submitted documents are insufficient or unverifiable.

4.5 All documents submitted for KYC purposes will be handled in accordance with p5666's Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification and regulatory compliance purposes and are not shared with third parties except as required by law or PAGCOR regulations.

5. Account Security

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes.

5.2 All transactions and activities conducted through your Account are your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorized them, unless you have notified p5666 of unauthorized access and p5666 has confirmed receipt of such notification.

5.3 p5666 will never contact you by any channel — including live chat, email, or SMS — to request your password, OTP code, or full account credentials. Any communication requesting such information does not originate from p5666 and should be reported to our support team immediately.

5.4 You must notify p5666 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account, compromise of your credentials, or any suspicious activity in your Account history. p5666 will investigate promptly and may temporarily suspend your Account during the investigation to prevent further unauthorized activity.

5.5 p5666 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts. 2FA provides an additional layer of security beyond your password and is accessible through your Account security settings.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 All transactions on p5666 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). p5666 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges.

6.2 p5666 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels:

• GCash e-wallet
• PayMaya (Maya) e-wallet
• BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) via InstaPay / PESONet
• BDO Unibank via InstaPay / PESONet
• Metrobank via InstaPay / PESONet
• InstaPay (interbank transfer)

6.3 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash or PayMaya, and ₱500 via bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 via GCash or PayMaya, and ₱500 via bank transfer. Maximum transaction limits may apply and are disclosed in the cashier section.

6.4 Deposits are generally credited to your Account within seconds (GCash, PayMaya) or 5–15 minutes (bank transfer). Withdrawal processing times for fully verified Accounts are approximately 15–60 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and same-day for bank transfers, subject to banking hours and network conditions.

6.5 p5666 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large, where unusual account activity has been detected, or where KYC verification is incomplete.

6.6 Funds deposited on p5666 may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit, except where p5666 explicitly permits otherwise. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

6.7 p5666 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name and matching the identity information on your p5666 Account.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 p5666 offers various promotions and bonuses to both new and existing Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin allocations, cashback offers, and sports betting enhanced odds events. All promotions are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms stated in each individual promotion.

7.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all p5666 promotional offers:

• A bonus may only be claimed once per Player, per promotion period, and per household address/IP address/device.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value independent of any associated wagering activity.
• p5666 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or void any bonus at any time if it determines that the bonus has been claimed in breach of these Terms or in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.
• Winnings derived from bonus play that exceed any stated maximum withdrawal cap will be forfeited upon withdrawal processing.

7.3 p5666 reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any promotion at any time where necessary to comply with PAGCOR requirements, to correct a technical error, or where evidence of systematic exploitation is detected.

8. Game Rules & Fair Play

9. Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on p5666 and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;

10. Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 p5666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, where p5666 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms or where required to do so by PAGCOR or applicable law.

10.2 Upon closure of an Account for breach of these Terms, p5666 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account balance pending investigation. Where fraud, collusion, money laundering, or similar misconduct is confirmed, the entire Account balance may be forfeited.

10.3 Players may voluntarily close their Accounts at any time by contacting p5666 support via live chat. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard timelines. Any active bonuses at the time of closure will be voided.

10.4 Where an Account is closed at the Player's request and there is no evidence of any breach of these Terms, p5666 will process a final withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance to the Player's registered payment method.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the p5666 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data — is the intellectual property of p5666 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p5666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill.

12.2 p5666's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 p5666 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, third-party service outages, and connectivity issues may affect availability. p5666 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and will notify Players of planned downtime in advance where possible.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes p5666's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13. Responsible Gaming

13.1 p5666 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders, accessible through the Account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit;
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the total amount you may lose within a defined period;
• Session Timers: Set time limits on individual gaming sessions;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the minimum exclusion period selected.

15. Amendments to These Terms

15.2 Changes to these Terms take effect on the date stated in the updated version. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

16.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

16.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of p5666's services, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines and, where applicable, the dispute resolution procedures established by PAGCOR.

16.3 p5666 operates under PAGCOR licensing authority. Regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels. p5666 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or inquiry.
